America's Tire

Terrible service, basically gave me a new tire that was flat. Charged extra for a tire I could find at their plaza location. If you want good tire service don't come here at all. Your money would be better spent somewhere else. Would recommend avoiding an employee named Tom, more like to waste your time than anything else. However the one silver lining in all of this was great customer service and a quick solution from their employee named Tim. Would highly recommend him if your also getting nowhere with your tires.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing old-school customer service at America’s Tire in Riverside! I had a great experience at America’s Tire in Riverside, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Edgar. I was trying to find a specialty tire that’s not made anymore, and Edgar went above and beyond to help me track down an option that actually worked for my situation. Edgar helped me find a tire that I genuinely thought I wouldn’t be able to get.** His price was a bit higher than I expected, but the moment I brought it in, **he price-matched me right away—no hassle, no back-and-forth. I also asked how long it would take, and he told me it wouldn’t be long. I was honestly in a rush, and when I told him that, he personally took charge. He grabbed my rim/vehicle, mounted the tire, and had me out in about 20 minutes—literally. This is the kind of good old-fashioned customer service you just don’t see much anymore. Edgar was professional, quick, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who will actually help you solve the problem (and do it fast), ask for Edgar. I’m extremely grateful thank you again, Edgar! Highly recommend America’s Tire in Riverside.

Great shop for tires and alignment, I had an issue with the rear tires and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I’ve bought multiple sets of tires and they have good prices and are fast. The best thing is they don’t try to upsell, they help the customer get what they need.

Lame! Guy did not communicate to me that my tire was not repairable, and that a new unit was being ordered under my service warranty. When I inquired, another guy had to step in for him, because he began babbling incoherently. He somewhat rectified the situation. Approximately 2 hrs fettered away. Make sure to inquire with the people in the lobby on a regular basis to avoid your time being wasted. The location on Hemlock is better. The location in Hemet did a superb job of customer service as well.

I've been going to America's Tires for over 10 years. I appreciate how easy it is to go in and get consistent tire services done. This store has been excellent with its service, customer care, and communication about different options to fit my budget. It is just as busy as most other shops, but I just wanted to thank Supervising Manager, Christian, for managing his team well in today's Friday evening, closing rush and getting my tires fixed and ready to go 45 minutes earlier than quoted. I heard him assigning more people to the car bays to get us customers out faster and employees home sooner. Thank you so much for great management and great service quality!
